What do I know about marriages?  I have only been married for 1 year and 9 months.  I don't have enough experience to talk about it.  But I do feel, before anyone decides to apply for Sahaj marriage, please read up about it.  Understand the meaning of it, the values of it and the sanctitty of a Sahaj marriage.   A marriage is sacred.  So far, my married life has been quite an interesting one.  Everyday, there is something  new.  If you asked me, yes, I have married my soul mate.  But I only found out about it much later, through this journey.  Marriage is a journey of discovery.  And it takes two to make it work.  And in our case, it takes two of us to meditate together twice daily to make it work. What a challenging Mother's Day was yesterday.  Both our moms are sick.  His being far away, and he can't do anything about it, except to give her a bandhan and surrender to the Lotus Feet of Shri Mataji.   Mine, I realised she has done so much for us.  When she is sick, we can't even do something back for her.  Well, I tried to take over her duties, I didn't make a mess out of it, but it wasn't as good as how she did it.  And her one-woman show, we need the whole household to do. Recently after the Malaysian 13th General Elections, there was a lot of hype on Facebook.  From being excited, to anger, from being together, to racist. I have seen, old friends, whom had known each other for many years, turning against each other, just because of different opinions on politics. Politicians are rallying up people to support their side, whether pro-Govt or pro-Opposition.  And they are desperately trying hard to the extent that they don't really care what they say or do, as long as they can get the people on their side.
